作家プロフィール｜Profile


広島市生まれ。広島市立大学大学院芸術学研究科造形計画研究　修了。 「松前美保」名義で国内外の展覧会や芸術祭に参加し、インスタレーション作品を発表。 寺院仏具の企画職を経て、2019年より「Pomi」として活動を開始。記憶や想像を背景とした心象風景を描く。 2026年ザ・チョイス第237回入選。
Born in Hiroshima City. Graduated from Hiroshima City University's Graduate School of Art and Design, with a degree in Creative Planning. She has participated in exhibitions and art festivals both in Japan and abroad under the name "MATSUMAE Miho," presenting installation works. After working as a planner for Buddhist altar fittings at temples, she began working under the name "Pomi" in 2019. She paints imaginary landscapes set against a backdrop of memory and imagination. She was selected for the 237th The Choice Awards in 2026.

    丹念に描かれた世界と、そこに佇む小さな人物。背景に広がる世界は、どこか不穏なようでいて優しく、どこまでも静かです。「Pomi」名義では初となる個展、どうぞこの機会にご覧いただければと思います。
    A meticulously rendered world, with a small figure standing within it. The landscape stretching out in the background feels somewhat unsettling yet gentle, and infinitely quiet. I hope you will take this opportunity to view the exhibition—the first solo show under the name "Pomi."

    記憶や想像から立ち上がる心象風景を描いています。
    作品を通して、言葉にならない感情や余韻が見る人の記憶と静かに響き合うことを願っています。

    I create imagery that emerges from memory and imagination.
    Through my work, I hope that inexpressible emotions and lingering impressions will quietly resonate with the viewer's own memories.
