作家プロフィール｜Profile
秋田公立美術大学卒。2021年、当店にて初個展。当店のほか、デザインフェスタギャラリー原宿(東京)、ギャラリー龍屋(名古屋)、一兎庵(東京)、The Artcomplex Center of Tokyo(東京)、アートスペース銀座ワン(東京)、ギャラリーESSE(札幌)などでグループ展。2017年、「第５９回秋田県美術展覧会」入選。
Graduated from Akita Prefectural University of Art. In 2021, her first solo exhibition was held at our gallery. In addition to our gallery, she has also held group exhibitions at Design Festa Gallery Harajuku (Tokyo), Gallery Tatsuya (Nagoya), Ichitoan (Tokyo), The Artcomplex Center of Tokyo (Tokyo), Art Space Ginza One (Tokyo), and Gallery ESSE (Sapporo). In 2017, she was selected for the 59th Akita Prefectural Art Exhibition.

主催者ごあいさつ｜From gallery
- 伊桐美月の当店での初出品は2018年のことでしたが、この間この作家はずっと十代の少女像を描き続けています。大人になったこの作家の目に映る少女とは何なのでしょう。作家の分身？ 過去の記憶？ ２年ぶり３度目となる個展、どなた様もお見逃しなきようお願いいたします。
ITOU Mizuki first exhibited her work at our gallery in 2018, and throughout the intervening years, she has consistently focused on depicting teenage girls. How does the artist—now an adult herself—perceive these young girls? Are they alter egos? Memories of the past? We invite everyone not to miss this exhibition—her third solo show here and her first in two years.
作家ステートメント｜Statment- どこか鏡合わせのようでありながら、決して同じではないふたり。 互いにしか分からない空気や想いを共有する、その神秘的な関係性に魅力を感じています。 可愛らしさと妖しさが共存する、伊桐美月の描く双子たちの世界を、ぜひご覧ください。
The two are like mirror images, yet never quite the same. I am captivated by the mysterious bond they share—an atmosphere and a set of feelings understood only by the two of them. Please immerse yourself in the world of twins depicted by ITOU Mizuki, where cuteness and an enigmatic allure coexist.
