久優子は「影」を意識的に描いてきた作家です。樹木や公園の遊具などの「影」を描くシリーズに魅力を感じ、出品をお願いしました。が、ここへ来て支持体をオーガンジーに変え、「透過する像」という新しいテーマに挑もうとしています。成安造形大に在学中、変貌を続ける若い作家に、どうぞご注目ください。
HISASHI Yuuko is an artist who has consciously painted "shadows." We were attracted to her series of paintings depicting the "shadows" of trees or playground equipments in parks, and asked her to exhibit her work. However, she has recently changed her support to organdy and is attempting a new theme, "transparent images." Please keep an eye on this young artist who continues to transform herself while studying at Seian University of Art and Design.
