蜈蚣タマミは当ギャラリーの設立当初から、ずっと出展してもらっているアーティストです。その間、個展は1回のみで、グループ展のみの出展が続いていましたが、今回、約10年ぶりに個展をお願いすることにしました。彼女の混沌とした記憶の中に埋もれた何かが、見事に作品へと昇華されることを祈りつつ、展覧会の初日を楽しみにしています。
MOMOTARI Tamami is an artist who has been exhibiting at our gallery since shortly after it was founded. During this time, she only had one solo exhibition, and continued to exhibit only in group exhibitions, but this time, we asked her to have a solo exhibition for the first time in almost ten years. I am looking forward to the opening day of the exhibition, praying that something buried in her chaotic memories will be successfully sublimated into a work of art.
