宮崎まゆ子の作品は、古典的技法を用いながら、どこかアニメ風でもあると同時に、深い内面を感じさせるものとなっています。「失われたもの、もうここにないもの」をテーマに制作しているというこの作家が描く不定形なキャラクターたちは、現代社会のよるべなさ、息苦しさを、わたしたちに訴えかけているかのようです。当店では二年ぶりとなる個展、この機会に是非ご高覧ください。
MIYAZAKI Mayuko's works use classical techniques, but at the same time have a somewhat anime-like feel to them, and at the same time, they evoke a deep inner feeling. The amorphous characters drawn by this artist are based on the theme of "things that have been lost, things that are no longer here". They seems like appealing to us about the helplessness and suffocation of modern society. This is her first solo exhibition in two years, so please take this opportunity to take a look.
