「不知火(しらぬい)」というのは九州の海で、9月の初め頃の深夜に出る不思議な火(実際には蜃気楼だそうですが)のことです。

実際に火をモチーフにしているかどうかは別として、そうした何か妖しい美しさのようなものを描ける作家を集めたグループ展で、今年は２回目の開催。どうぞごゆっくりお楽しみください。
"Shiranui" is a mysterious fire (although it is actually a mirage) that appears in the sea of Kyushu in the middle of the night around the beginning of September.

Setting aside whether or not fire is actually used as a motif, this is the second time this year is a group exhibition that brings together artists who can draw something like that kind of mysterious beauty. Please enjoy yourself.
