この企画は当店にとって「初めまして」の作家さんをご紹介するグループ展です。なので、実際には長い画歴のあるベテランもいれば、まだ在学中のフレッシュな顔ぶれもいる。傾向はさまざま、年齢、性別もまちまち、といった具合です。これまで幾度か、これと同一趣旨のグループ展を開催してきましたが、今回は公募方式をとらず、全員を当店がセレクトしました。どんな展覧会になるのか、今から楽しみです。
This project is a group exhibition that introduces "Nice to meet you" artists for our gallery. Actually among these artists, thear are some veterans have a long history of painting, while others are new commers still in school. There are different tendencies, different ages, different genders, and so on. We have held group exhibitions with the same purpose several times so far, but this time we did not use the open recruitment method and we selected by ourselves all of them. I am looking forward to what kind of exhibition it will be.
