画歴をまとめながら「あれっ、こんなに活動歴、短かったかな」と驚きました。これまでに学内展が３回、当店でのグループ展が２回。ですが、当店でのグループ展ではいずれも好評で、お正月最初の個展をお願いすることにしました。
技法としては紙に水干絵の具と岩絵具、つまり日本画ですが、ちょっと仏画的な部分があり、サイケデリックな味わいのある色彩が特徴。タイトルとなった「劫初(ごうしょ)」も仏教用語で「この世の初め」を指すようです。インドと日本の美意識の混じり合った美少女像、どうぞごゆっくりお楽しみください。
While summarizing her painting history, I was surprised that "Oh, her activity history was so short." There have been only 3 group shows on-campus and 2 group shows at our gallery. However, all of the group exhibitions at our gallery were well received, so we decided to ask for her first solo exhibition on New Year's Day.
Although her technique is watercolor and pigments on paper, so called Japanese painting, there is a little Buddhist painting part, and it is characterized by psychedelic taste colors. Please enjoy the beautiful girl image with a mixture of Indian and Japanese aesthetics.
