  • 主催者ごあいさつ｜From gallery

    福琅は当店の、いわゆる美少年をテーマにしたグループ展で出品を重ねてきた作家です。折衷的印象主義の画家たちを思わせる柔らかな中間色の色彩で描かれた、繊細で儚い少年たちの肖像は、多くの観客を魅了してきました。初出品から２年、今回はその初個展となります。どなた様もお見逃しなきよう、よろしくお願い致します。
    Fukurou is an artist who has repeatedly exhibited at our gallery's group exhibitions with the theme of so-called beautiful boys. Her delicate and fleeting portraits of boys, painted in soft neutral colors reminiscent of eclectic Impressionist painters, have captivated many viewers. Two years have passed since her first exhibition, and this is her first solo exhibition. We hope that everyone will not miss it.

    作家ステートメント｜Statment

    あの日見た夢の続きに想いを馳せ、懐古する。夢で出会った君は、今も変わらずあの思い出の中に確かに存在している。けれど君を形作る確かなものの感触を手にすることは叶わない。幾度夢を重ねれば、再び貴方の瞳に私を映すことができるのだろう。いっそのこと、夢に溺れて貴方を想い囚われ続けてしまいたい。 近く遠い不確かな"君"と"貴方"の心と交わりを、夢と現実を彷徨うような浮遊感、揺らめく色で描き出す。幻のように消え入りそうな儚い夢の輪郭をなぞるように、縋るように描く夢見心地のひとときをお届けします。

    I think about the continuation of the dream I had that day and feel nostalgic. The person I met in my dream still exists in my memories. But it's impossible to get a feel for the solid things that make you who you are. No matter how many times I repeat my dreams, I wonder if I will be able to see myself reflected in your eyes again. What's more, I want to drown in my dreams and keep thinking of you. The hearts and interactions between "you" and "you", both near and far, are depicted in shimmering colors and a floating feeling that gives the impression of wandering between dreams and reality. I will deliver a dreamy moment that clings to you, tracing the outline of a fleeting dream that seems to disappear like a phantom.
